Description
El contrato consiste en la prestación del servicio público de transporte colectivo urbano de viajeros en Murcia y sus pedanías, integrando la prestación los servicios de las líneas RMU-1 Alcantarilla y RMU-2 Beniel de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto N.º 169/2025, de 30 de octubre, del Consejo de Gobierno de la C.A.R.M. en este Ayuntamiento (B.O.R.M. Nº 258 de 07/11/2025). El mismo comprende la provisión de flota y medios auxiliares, así como todas las actividades complementarias y auxiliares necesarias para ello; considerándose tarea crítica la prestación del servicio mediante autobuses con el personal objeto de subrogación
