Description

Este contrato tiene por objeto la prestación de los servicios de trituración, transporte hasta el gestor autorizado y tratamiento del residuo verde y la madera del Consejo Comarcal de El Pla del Estany. El residuo verde consiste en la fracción vegetal originada en las tareas de jardinería, poda, limpieza de jardines particulares y públicos, limpiezas de parques, etc. (restos de arbolado, ramas, hojas, césped, etc) y puede incluir impropios (bolsas y otros materiales depositados en los contenedores de recogida). La madera consiste en restos de talleres de carpintería, material procedente de la desechería, puertas, marcos de ventanas, restos de muebles incluyendo elementos metálicos (llaves, charneras, etc), trozos de embalaje de madera, madera natural, madera pintada y barnizado etc... Este servicio incluye: Trituración insitu del residuo verde y de la madera que el Consejo Comarcal acumula en el Área de recepción de la desechería de Puigpalter (Anexo I del PPT). Transporte del residuo triturado hasta las instalaciones del gestor autorizado y su correcto tratamiento de acuerdo con la normativa vigente de aplicación. Mantenimiento y acondicionamiento de la zona de recepción del residuo verde y de la madera de la desechería de Puigpalter. Este servicio consiste en la densaturación in-situ del residuo verde que el Consejo Comarcal acumula en el Área de recepción de la Deontología de Puigpalter (Anexo I del PPT), el transporte del residuo triturado hasta las instalaciones del gestor autoriza; Este servicio consiste en la trituración in-situ m de la madera que el Consejo Comarcal acumula en el Área de recepción de la Deontología de Puigpalter (Anexo I del PPT), el transporte del residuo triturado hasta las instalaciones del gestor autorizado.
