Description

El objeto de este contrato, es la prestación de los servicios de comunicaciones corporativas y de ciberseguridad de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Servicio de telefonía IP. Prestación de un servicio de telefonía IP, y migración desde el actual sistema analógico (TDM) y el suministro y mantenimiento de terminales IPs. Esta migración debe incluir la gestión del cambio procedente de la salida del Contrato Unificado de Comunicaciones Fase II de la AGE. Prestación de una solución de telefonía software, plenamente integrada con la actual plataforma corporativa de mensajería y videollamada de la Agencia, que permita las comunicaciones a la Red Telefónica Pública Conmutada (RTPC) desde el puesto de trabajo de usuario. Servicio de atención telefónica al ciudadano. Unificación de los servicios de centralita en una única solución, bien manteniendo la centralita física ubicada en las dependencias de la Agencia o bien en una solución como servicio gestionado en la nube, que preste los servicios de atención telefónica al ciudadano y protección a menores y el servicio de telefonía fija. Servicio de entrega de contenidos web. Prestación del servicio de entrega de contenidos WEB. Servicio de comunicaciones Móviles. Prestación del servicio de telefonía móvil, que incluye el suministro de líneas y terminales con servicio de voz y datos integrado con la Red Privada Virtual (RPV) y el resto de las comunicaciones unificadas de la AEPD.
