El objeto del contrato es la prestación del Servicio de Telecomunicaciones del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Rota, que estaría integrado por la telefonía fija (IP), telefonía móvil, transmisión de datos, acceso corporativo a Internet, Wifi pública y corporativa, infraestructura de seguridad, sistema digital de radiotransmisiones GSM y red de área local para el Ayuntamiento de Rota.
