Description

El objeto del Contrato Basado (en adelante CB) es el suministro de los productos de Nube y los servicios profesionales accesorios a dicho suministro para permitir su consumo de la Nube Amazon Web Services para cubrir las necesidades actuales y futuras de los portales, institucional y sectoriales de la Comunidad de Madrid, asegurando la disponibilidad en todo momento y bajo unos niveles óptimos de calidad y seguridad en la prestación del servicio. Sin ánimo de ser exhaustivos, se estima el uso de productos como CDN, ROSA, lambda, cloudfront, waf2, cloudwatch y medialive. El consumo de los productos de Nube se realizará a partir del Catálogo de Productos de Nube ubicado en la Web pública del proveedor de Nube Amazon Web Services: https://aws.amazon.com/es/pricing/ La Modalidad de consumo será la Modalidad 1, sin compromiso de consumo de productos de Nube durante el plazo de ejecución del CB. Adicionalmente, también es objeto de este CB el plan de soporte, asistencia o similar, que MD determine en función de la criticidad del proyecto que consuma los productos de Nube suministrados. Este plan de soporte, asistencia o similar, se podrá consumir como cualquier otro producto de Nube. En concreto, MD requerirá, como mínimo, el plan de soporte, asistencia o similar, Business Support, si bien podrá necesitar de otros en función de las necesidades en cada momento. Este plan de soporte, asistencia o similar se ofrecerá en la modalidad Resold Support. Para este CB se requieren perfiles de Arquitecto y Técnico de Nube así como responsable del suministro.
