Servicio de administración, operación, mantenimiento y soporte integral de la infraestructura tecnológica municipal, con el fin de garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad, continuidad operativa y evolución de los sistemas TIC del Ayuntamiento de La Rinconada y de sus Organismos Autónomos Lote 1 - Sistemas de comunicaciones, que comprende el suministro, gestión, operación y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de comunicaciones, red, seguridad perimetral, conectividad, WiFi corporativo y electrónica de red.; Lote 2 - Sistemas de información, que comprende la implantación, gestión y operación de los sistemas de información municipales, incluyendo entornos de virtualización, sistemas operativos, Directorio Activo, copias de seguridad, entorno Microsoft 365, Freshservice y monitorización de sistemas.
