facultativa de las obras y de prevención de riesgos laborales que consiste en efectuar las siguientes actividades: Llevar a cabo las funciones de coordinación de seguridad y salud durante la ejecución del Plan de Desmantelamiento y Clausura de la CN José Cabrera coordinando las actividades de obra para garantizar que se apliquen de manera coherente y responsable los principios de la acción preventiva que se recogen en la Ley 31/1995 de 8 de noviembre, de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL), así como efectuar las funciones de dirección facultativa de las obras de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable. Efectuar las tareas de vigilancia, inspección y control de trabajos ejecutados en el marco del PDC de la CN José Cabrera desde el punto de vista de la prevención de riesgos laborales, así como la Gestión de requisitos en materia de seguridad aplicables a las empresas contratistas.
