Contratación del servicio de catering en eventos y del servicio de barras en actos programados, durante el período de vigencia fijado en las Condiciones Reguladoras. En concreto, el contrato abarca los siguientes ámbitos: • Catering en el edificio en eventos, que comprende la prestación del servicio de catering asociado a congresos, jornadas, presentaciones, reuniones, actos institucionales y cualesquiera otros eventos celebrados en el edificio, incluyendo la elaboración, suministro, montaje, servicio y desmontaje, así como los medios humanos y materiales necesarios para su correcta ejecución. • Servicio de barras en actos programados, que comprende la prestación del servicio de barras en conciertos, espectáculos, congresos y demás actos programados, incluyendo el suministro de bebidas y productos autorizados, la atención al público y la instalación y retirada de los medios necesarios.
