Description

La Universidad precisa disponer de las coberturas aseguradoras necesarias para hacer frente a los riesgos de daños materiales, responsabilidad civil, accidentes y ciberseguridad que puedan afectar a sus bienes, su personal y al desarrollo de sus actividades. Asimismo, resulta necesario contar con un seguro de responsabilidad civil para directivos y administradores, que cubra las posibles reclamaciones derivadas del ejercicio de sus funciones, de manera que garantice la adecuada protección del patrimonio universitario y de las personas vinculadas a la institución. Con esta contratación se da cumplimiento a las obligaciones legales que rigen la gestión del patrimonio público. La estructuración del contrato en lotes diferenciados, atiende a las distintas tipologías de riesgos, posibilita una adecuada delimitación de las coberturas y una gestión más eficiente y especializada de las pólizas, que garantizan una protección adecuada frente a las contingencias propias de la actividad universitaria.
