El Ayuntamiento de Guadix tiene la obligación de garantizar la cobertura de los riesgos inherentes al ejercicio de la actividad municipal, incluyendo la responsabilidad patrimonial conforme al artículo 106 de la Constitución Española, la protección de los bienes patrimoniales, la cobertura del personal municipal según lo pactado en el Convenio del Personal Laboral y el Acuerdo Marco Funcionarios-Corporación, así como la circulación de los vehículos de titularidad municipal. Seguro Colectivo de Vida y Accidentes del personal funcionario y laboral del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Guadix, así como de los 22 miembros electos de la Corporación Local.
