El objeto del contrato es la realización de los servicios de seguridad, vigilancia y control de los edificios de la Diputación Provincial de Jaén que se relacionan en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, a fin de mantener la seguridad de las personas e instalaciones y actos organizados por los mismos. Los servicios y actividades a prestar por la empresa de seguridad, serán de la modalidad contemplada en el artículo 5.1, letras a) y f) de la Ley 5/2014, de 4 de abril, de Seguridad Privada y el Real Decreto 2364/1994, de 9 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Seguridad Privada (aplicable en lo que no contravenga a la Ley 5/2014, de 4 de abril)
