Description

El servicio consiste en el mantenimiento (legal, correctivo, conductivo, predictivo, preventivo…) del edificio, de sus instalaciones técnicas y tecnológicas, mobiliario y obra civil hasta los límites de la propiedad, velando en todo momento por la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores, pacientes y usuarios en general, la eficiencia energética, el respeto al medio ambiente y las condiciones legales y óptimas de uso de los espacios que los integra, cumpliendo con la normativa que le fuera de aplicación, las recomendaciones de los profesionales y fabricantes que hubieran participado en su construcción, modificación y gestión hasta la fecha.
