Description

El objeto del contrato consiste en la contratación de un servicio de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones del Sistema Integral de Seguridad en la Universidad de Alicante. La tramitación de este expediente encuentra su justificación en que la contratación del servicio objeto del presente contrato viene dada por la necesidad de ofrecer tanto a la comunidad universitaria (PDI, PTGAS, Estudiantes, personal de empresas externas) como a aquellos ciudadanos que visitan la Universidad de Alicante, un servicio de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo para los sistemas de seguridad que protegen las instalaciones de la misma. La Universidad de Alicante cuenta con un Campus principal de más 965.000 m2 y separado por la autovía el llamado Campus oeste, de otros 900.000 m2 más. Además de numerosos inmuebles, zonas comunes y aparcamientos, posee edificios dispersos en el centro de Alicante y las afueras de San Vicente. Las diferentes zonas y edificios se encuentran protegidos con sistemas de seguridad: circuito cerrado de televisión, controles de accesos, sistemas de anti intrusión, etc. Dichos elementos componen el sistema integral de seguridad de la universidad, el cual requiere un mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo diario, a cargo de una empresa mantenedora de seguridad autorizada.
