El objeto de este contrato es la prestación de los servicios de mantenimiento normativo, preventivo y correctivo por el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones de baja tensión y las instalaciones térmicas (calefacción, refrigeración, ventilación y producción de ACS) de los edificios y equipaciones municipales del Ayuntamiento de Masquefa, así como las nuevas inversiones, cumpliendo en todo momento los requisitos reglamentarios y legales según qué sea su clasificación, y de acuerdo con los criterios de eficacia, eficiencia, calidad y seguridad.
