Description

El objeto del contrato es el mantenimiento (preventivo, correctivo y modificativo), conservación y reparación integral de los edificios y locales (incluidos sus equipos e instalaciones, ascensores y automatismos), incluyendo la prevención y control de la legionelosis y la desinfección, desinsectación y desratización; así como la adecuación de las unidades adscritas a los servicios centrales de la Consejería de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid, con el fin de mantener las condiciones óptimas en las infraestructuras e instalaciones de los edificios en los que se ubican las diferentes dependencias de los servicios centrales de la Consejería de Sanidad de la Comunidad de Madrid, así como la correcta adecuación de éstas. Por último, dentro de este contrato también se contempla el transporte de vacunas de la Dirección General de Salud Pública. Presupuesto base de licitación: 1.229.349,03 euros (21 % IVA incluido).
