VISITA OBLIGATORIA: La fecha de la visita será el día 26 de febrero de 2026 a las 9:00 horas. Para realizar la visita, los licitadores confirmarán previamente su visita mediante correo electrónico: asuntosgenerales@incliva.es debiendo indicar la empresa y el nombre y DNI de las personas que asistirán. La superficie del total de edificios a realizar el objeto del contrato asciende a 4.752 m², no obstante, se hace constar que, actualmente, el EDIFICIO INCLIVA 4 está en obras y se espera su finalización y puesta en funcionamiento para aproximadamente el verano del 2026. Mientras no entre en funciona miento no formara del objeto del contrato.
