El área de endoscopia digestiva del Hospital Universitario de Toledo cuenta con equipamiento de alta tecnología, imprescindible para la realización de exploraciones diagnósticas y terapéuticas que permiten la detección precoz, caracterización y tratamiento de patologías del aparato digestivo. Estos equipos son críticos para la actividad asistencial, con un uso intensivo diario y una alta exigencia de disponibilidad, por lo que resulta esencial garantizar su perfecto estado de funcionamiento y minimizar cualquier tiempo de inactividad. El mantenimiento integral con cobertura a todo riesgo permitirá: 1.Mantenimiento preventivo: revisiones periódicas, calibraciones, actualizaciones de software y controles de calidad, que prolonguen la vida útil de los equipos y eviten averías. 2. Mantenimiento correctivo: Reparación de averías y fallos que puedan ocurrir durante el funcionamiento de los equipos, evitando tiempos de inactividad no programados. 3. Tiempo de respuesta garantizado: máximo 24 horas, con tiempo de resolución inferior a 48 horas o sustitución temporal del equipo averiado. 4. Reemplazo de piezas originales: Asegurando que las piezas defectuosas o desgastadas se sustituyan por componentes originales para mantener la calidad y fiabilidad de los equipos. 5. Actualización de software: Realización de las actualizaciones necesarias para mantener la seguridad, funcionalidad y eficiencia de los equipos conforme a las exigencias del fabricante.
