El objeto del contrato al que se refiere el presente pliego es la ejecución del servicio de mantenimiento de las instalaciones térmicas de los edificios municipales, tales como: máquinas de climatización, máquinas enfriadoras, calderas, grupos de presión de agua, y demás máquinas y elementos que figuran en el Anexo I que se adjunta al pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares, así como el suministro de ciertos recambios para llevar a cabo el mantenimiento correctivo de tales aparatos, todo ello de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares, en el que se especifican los factores de todo orden a tener en cuenta.
