El objeto del presente contrato de servicios regulado por el art. 17 LCSP es la realización de un mantenimiento integral de los inmuebles gestionados por PATRIMONIO MUNICIPAL DE MAJADAHONDA, S.A., en adelante PAMMASA, con la finalidad de garantizar su conservación y óptimo rendimiento, para lo cual deben llevarse a cabo tareas de conservación, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo y técnico legal en todos los elementos constructivos, instalaciones y equipamientos técnicos generales, de acuerdo con las descripciones previstas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
