El objeto de la licitación es la contratación del suministro de licencias de una herramienta cloud para la administración de recursos humanos, nómina y gestión del talento para la Autoridad Portuaria de Barcelona, así como los servicios necesarios para realizar la implantación y adaptación y parametrización de la herramienta a las necesidades específicas del departamento de Personas de la Autoridad Portuaria de Barcelona y disponer de una bolsa económica para la realización de desarrollos, formaciones, documentación y configuraciones de la plataforma, así como la ampliación del número de licencias identificadas inicialmente. Adicionalmente, la licitación incluye la contratación de un servicio de externalización del proceso de nómina BPO, el cual estará plenamente integrado y operará de forma interrelacionada con la herramienta cloud objeto del contrato y tendrá integrada una parte de licencia y una parte de prestación de servicios.
