Description

El presente contrato mixto de servicios y suministro consiste en la dotación al Ayuntamiento de Madrid de las licencias y servicios necesarios para el funcionamiento de la plataforma OVAC (oficinas virtuales de atención a la ciudadanía) de CouncilBox o equivalente. Estas oficinas virtuales posibilitarán habilitar un nuevo canal de comunicación entre los ciudadanos y el ayuntamiento que permita la resolución de los trámites más demandados sin necesidad de que los ciudadanos tengan que desplazarse hasta las instalaciones del Ayuntamiento. Se divide en las siguientes prestaciones: -Prestación 1: Suministro de los derechos de uso del SW de CouncilBox o equivalente para la gestión de oficinas virtuales de atención a la ciudadanía del Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Los derechos de uso incluyen la actualización de versiones de los productos y el soporte estándar del fabricante. - Prestación 2: Servicios de configuración inicial, puesta en marcha y formación, sin coste para IAM. - Prestación 3: Servicio de almacenamiento adicional. - Prestación 4: Servicio de firma. - Prestación 5: Servicios de mantenimiento correctivo, adaptativo y soporte. - Prestación 6: Servicios de integración y mantenimiento evolutivo. Todo ello conforme a las prescripciones técnicas que figuran en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPTP).
