La necesidad de la contratación de este suministro se pone de manifiesto que lo que se pretende es la evolución tecnológica y funcional de la Plataforma SmartCity para adaptarse a los nuevos estándares definidos por la Plataforma Inteligente de Destinos (PID), así como a los objetivos estratégicos del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia. Evolución de la Plataforma Smartcity de Rota, desarrollo de los módulos funcionales a implementar, integración de terceros, integraciones del Nodo central de la PID/PIA y de loT.; Comunicación, Difusión y Sensibilización Ciudadana.; Auditoria, Seguimiento y Evaluación del Proyecto.
