Description

Contratación del servicio de diseño de formularios y apoyo técnico al Sistema de Información de Atención a la Ciudadanía (SIAC) de la Generalitat, que incluye condiciones especiales de ejecución de carácter social. Actuaciones previstas a desarrollar por el contratista durante la fase de ejecución del contrato: - Diseño, actualización y control de la gestión de formularios (alta nueva mediante diseño íntegro de un formulario, modificación sustancial, modificación formal y sustitución). - Publicación en SIAC de información básica sobre convocatorias de empleo público con el objetivo de informar a la ciudadanía. - Tareas de apoyo y soporte técnico. El adjudicatario deberá garantizar que los procedimientos, modelos y formularios que elabore y que impliquen tratamiento de datos personales se ajusten a la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos, incorporando la información básica (primera capa) y el acceso a la información adicional (segunda capa), de acuerdo con las directrices del órgano responsable del tratamiento.
