Continuidad de servicio y evolución funcional: La Universidad de Jaén necesita garantizar la continuidad y evolución de los portales web Corporativo (www.ujaen.es), Diario Digital (diariodigital.ujaen.es) y Mecenazgo Donaciones (mecenazgodonaciones.ujaen.es), basados en Drupal. La interrupción de estos servicios tendría un impacto directo en la actividad universitaria, por ello es imprescindible contratar servicios especializados que cubran el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, el desarrollo evolutivo (incluyendo integraciones, adaptaciones de módulos o temas) y la formación. Soporte técnico especializado: Se necesita apoyo técnico especializado para la gestión de incidencias complejas, que no pueden abordarse debido a la falta de recursos humanos suficientes. Seguridad: Es esencial aplicar actualizaciones periódicas de seguridad para corregir vulnerabilidades. Asimismo, es imprescindible actualizar la plataforma a Drupal 11 o versiones posteriores, para evitar obsolescencia tecnológica. Cumplimiento normativo: El mantenimiento de sistemas actualizados es un requisito básico dentro del Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS), para garantizar la integridad y disponibilidad de los datos públicos.
