El mantenimiento y conservación comprenderá todos los trabajos y tareas que sean necesarias para conservar en perfecto estado todos los espacios verdes zonas ajardinadas, ajardinables (zonas de gravas, mantillo, arena de albero, maceteros y jardineras césped, arbolado, plantas de exterior y de interior, arbustos, setos, del Departamento de Salud Alicante-Hospital General, así como la reposición de zonas y plantas deterioradas, y el mantenimiento en perfecto estado de limpieza y desbroce de las citadas zonas y de aquellas zonas de paso, y/o estacionamiento de vehículos y maquinaria, susceptibles del crecimiento de malas hierbas. Estará incluido el mantenimiento propio del sistema de riego actual, así como su mantenimiento correctivo y optimización, en caso de ser necesario. La ejecución de este contrato se determina mediante la realización de acciones de mantenimiento preventivo, así como la realización de las tareas de mantenimiento correctivo necesarias sobre las instalaciones, elementos y zonas exteriores a mantener.
