Constituye el objeto del presente Pliego las prescripciones y condiciones que rigen la contratación de MANTENIMIENTO Y CONSERVACIÓN DE LAS ZONAS AJARDINADAS, INSTALACIONES DE RIEGO, BALDEO, CABEZAL Y DEPÓSITO DE RIEGO DE LA CIUDAD DE LA LUZ film studios ALICANTE cuya finalidad es la de proveer un servicio completo y rentable que cumpla con los niveles de calidad de los servicios exigidos y que demuestre capacidad de respuesta ante las necesidades de la SPTD en Ciudad de la Luz. Los objetivos de este proyecto son Mantenimiento conductivo, preventivo, técnico legal, correctivo, predictivo y modificativo de las instalaciones y equipos de riego y baldeo, cabezal y depósito de agua de riego, mantenimiento de obra civil de dichas infraestructuras construidas, así como la correspondiente a los muros de contención que se encuentran adyacentes a determinadas zonas ajardinadas. Conservación de las diferentes zonas ajardinadas que se integran en la urbanización del complejo audiovisual. En el PPT se relacionan y describen con detalle todas las instalaciones.
