El objeto del presente expediente es la contratación del servicio de mantenimiento y conservación de los jardines del CEJ, que cuentan con una extensión de 15.368 m2. El jardín del acceso principal consta de césped, un seto que bordea la linde y diversas especies de arbustos y subarbustos, arizónicas y otros tipos de árboles que, junto con la pradera de la parte trasera, constituyen una superficie de jardín que requiere unos cuidados y atenciones específicos que permitan su mantenimiento y conservación adecuados (podas, resembrados, tratamientos fitosanitarios), además de abonados y riego con las frecuencias más conveniente.
