El objeto del presente contrato de servicios es establecer las bases técnicas para la contratación de la conservación, mantenimiento y limpieza de los jardines municipales, fundamentada en una gestión sostenible de los mismos, e incorporando medidas de inserción laboral y sociales que contribuyan al progreso sostenible de la sociedad, así como sensibilizar a la ciudadanía sobre el uso y gestión sostenible de los parques y jardines, llevando a cabo todas aquellas técnicas, tanto del oficio de jardinería como de cualquier otro oficio que fuera necesario, encaminadas a que todos los elementos que componen los jardines, perduren y se consoliden en el tiempo tal y como fueron concebidos, manteniendo o mejorando su valor ornamental, botánico y ambiental, teniendo en cuenta el uso público previsto para los mismos.
