Description

Consiste en la prestación de los servicios integrales de conservación, mantenimiento y limpieza de los parques, jardines, zonas verdes municipales y arbolado viario de Salou, dividido en 2 lotes, de conformidad con la definición, descripción, contenido, alcance, condiciones, calendarios, frecuencias y extensión definidos y regulados en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas particulares. Comprende principalmente zonas clasificadas como tipo A, por su ubicación en una de las áreas más turísticas y de primera línea de mar. También incluye zonas de tipo B y D. Limita con el término municipal de Cambrils, la vía del tren, el lote 3 y el mar Mediterráneo.; Corresponde a los espacios ubicados en la zona de Cap Salou y las urbanizaciones periféricas, formadas por zonas de tipos A y D, estas últimas caracterizadas por ser áreas boscosas, debido a la orografía y la naturaleza del terreno. Limita con el lote 1 (a través de las escaleras de la calle Gavina, que conectan con el Camino de Ronda), el mar Mediterráneo, el límite del término con Vila-seca y la vía del tren.
