Description

Se trata de un contrato mixto, con prestaciones de suministro, de actuaciones en menor medida, y atendiendo a la prestación principal, servicios cuyo alcance y contenido se detallan en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, así como en sus anexos. Así, con el proyecto de contrato, el Ayuntamiento de Galapagar pretende garantizar el servicio público de alumbrado municipal, definido por la legislación vigente como un servicio mínimo esencial que el Municipio debe prestar. Al mismo tiempo, pretende asegurar el cumplimiento del Reglamento de Eficiencia Energética en Instalaciones de Alumbrado Exterior y sus Instrucciones Técnicas Complementarias EA-01. EZ-07, Real Decreto 1890/2008, de 14 de noviembre (en adelante REEIAE), así como el Real Decreto 842/2002, de 2 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento electrotécnico para baja tensión. La gestión y explotación de instalaciones de alumbrado exterior por parte de una ESE.
