Description

Viene constituido por el soporte del mantenimiento correctivo de todo el equipamiento informático, audiovisual y de comunicacionesy que tienen una vida útil muy limitada, y requiere de un mantenimiento continuo ya que, de no hacerlo, la RTEE quedaríainoperativa en un gran número de centros educativos y se dificultaría el acceso a los recursos digitales que proporciona laConsejería. Ante dicha problemática, y al no disponer la Administración de recursos personales ni materiales para acometerla, ycon el fin de optimizar la inversión realizada en este equipamiento, se realiza dicho servicio para el mantenimiento de esteequipamiento y para la asistencia técnica de los centros educativos, constituyendo lo que se ha denominado el Centro de Atención yAsistencia Técnica (CAAT).
