Description

El objeto del contrato es la prestación de un servicio de mantenimiento, tanto preventivo como correctivo y perfectivo, que garantice que el sistema se encuentra en perfecto estado en todo momento. Además, este servicio deberá ser capaz de responder a incidencias en cualquier punto de nuestra red en menos de una hora y acometer ampliaciones de la red con medios propios. Todo ello, con el alcance definido en el correspondiente PPTP.
