Las condiciones de seguridad exigidas por la reglamentación vigente de todo tipo de elevadores así como la calidad de los servicios que se prestan tanto en sedes administrativas como en centros prestadores de servicios en las áreas de los Servicios Sociales hacen necesaria la contratación de los servicios de mantenimiento y conservación definidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Con este contrato se atienden, tanto en naturaleza como en extensión, las necesidades de este servicio en las zonas señaladas y para el período establecido.
