Description

El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento integral (mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, servicio 24 horas, comunicación bidireccional) de todos los ascensores, montacargas, montaplatos, plataformas, salvaescaleras, actualmente 273 elevadores, que se encuentran en los centros adscritos a la Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social, con el fin de asegurar su funcionamiento adecuado y dar cumplimiento al Real Decreto 355/2024, de 2 de abril, por el que se aprueba la Instrucción Técnica Complementaria ITC AEM 1 «Ascensores», que regula la puesta en servicio, modificación, mantenimiento e inspección de los ascensores, así como el incremento de la seguridad del parque de ascensores existente, en adelante ITC AEM 1. 11 Residencias de Personas Mayores, 7 Centros de Menores, 3 Centros Ocupacionales, 17 Centros de Mayores, 1 Centro de Atención a Personas con Discapacidad Intelectual, 2 Comedores Sociales; 14 Residencias de Personas Mayores, 11 Centros de Menores, 5 Centros Ocupacionales, 11 Centros de Mayores, 2 Centros de Atención a Personas con Discapacidad Intelectual
