Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y técnico-legal reglamentario de las instalaciones generales de ascensores y montacargas traducida en la realización de las diversas operaciones de inspección, revisión, control y reparación que, con carácter general, se indican en el Real Decreto 2291, de 8 de Noviembre de 1985 que aprueba el Reglamento de Aparatos de Elevación y Manutención de los mismos, y el RD 355/2024, de 2 de abril, por el que se aprueba la Instrucción Técnica Complementaria AEM-1 Ascensores, que regula la puesta en servicio, modificación, mantenimiento e inspección de los ascensores, así como el incremento de la seguridad del parque de ascensores existente.
