Description

La prestación del servicio de limpieza viaria y de los espacios públicos del término municipal de Alfaro. La prestación del servicio de limpieza viaria se extiende a todas las vías públicas, plazas, zonas peatonales, paseos, zonas ajardinadas y a los diferentes espacios públicos del término municipal, así como las que se amplíen durante el periodo de duración del contrato. El servicio consiste en la limpieza, por medios manuales y mecánicos, de las vías y espacios recogidos en el párrafo anterior, incluyendo todos los elementos que forman parte de ellos como mobiliario urbano (bancos, papeleras, jardineras, columnas de alumbrado, pilonas, parques infantiles, etc.), espacio existente en el entorno y bajo de los contenedores de residuos, alcorques, marquesinas de autobús, pequeños parterres, imbornales y análogos. Los servicios serán prestados conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente pliego, así como en el de Prescripciones Técnicas y en la normativa vigente que, en cada momento, resulte de aplicación.
