Description

El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de los servicios de recogida de residuos sólidos urbanos (incluida la recogida separada de biorresiduos), limpieza viaria y gestión del punto limpio municipal en el término municipal de Ogíjares, mediante procedimiento abierto sujeto a regulación armonizada. Las características técnicas de la prestación, los medios materiales y humanos, las frecuencias, rutas, horarios y demás condiciones técnicas del servicio se establecen en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (en adelante, PPT), que forma parte integrante del contrato y tiene carácter contractual. Quedan expresamente excluidos del objeto del contrato: a) Los costes del tratamiento de residuos no reciclables (canon de tratamiento), que serán asumidos por el Ayuntamiento. b) Las fracciones de vidrio, textil y aceite doméstico, gestionadas mediante convenios específicos con gestores autorizados.
