Description

El artículo 25 de la LRBL (Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las bases del Régimen Local) incluye entre las competencias propias de los municipios, las relativas a Medio ambiente urbano, infraestructura viaria y otros equipamientos de su titularidad y la promoción del deporte e instalaciones deportivas y de ocupación del tiempo libre: Artículo 25. 1. El Municipio, para la gestión de sus intereses y en el ámbito de sus competencias, puede promover actividades y prestar los servicios públicos que contribuyan a satisfacer las necesidades y aspiraciones de la comunidad vecinal en los términos previstos en este artículo. 2. El Municipio ejercerá en todo caso como competencias propias, en los términos de la legislación del Estado y de las Comunidades Autónomas, en las siguientes materias: d) Infraestructura viaria y otros equipamientos de su titularidad. l) Promoción del deporte e instalaciones deportivas y de ocupación del tiempo libre
