Description

La necesidad de ejecución del presente contrato reside en la obligación del Ayuntamiento de garantizar unas condiciones adecuadas de higiene, salubridad y mantenimiento en diversas instalaciones y dependencias municipales, en las que se desarrollan funciones esenciales de carácter educativo, social, cultural y asistencial dirigidas a la ciudadanía. La prestación del servicio de limpieza resulta imprescindible para asegurar la continuidad de los servicios públicos en condiciones óptimas de seguridad y salubridad, evitando riesgos para la salud, el deterioro de infraestructuras y la interrupción de actividades fundamentales.
