el objeto del contrato, por cada uno de los lotes, es la contratación del servicio de limpieza unificado e integral, incluye la adscripción al cumplimiento del contrato de todo el personal necesario tanto para la prestación del servicio en la totalidad de los espacios como para la programación, supervisión, seguimiento, control y evaluación de su prestación. Tanto para el Lote 1 como Lote 2: el material, productos de limpieza y maquinaria necesaria para la prestación del servicio está incluido en el precio del contrato y por tanto, es obligatorio que lo aporte la contratista (excepto de los casos concretos que se establecen en los pliegos de prescripciones técnicas para los casos de servicio extraordinario. oficinas, aparcamiento oficinas, Centro de empresas, Nuevo vivero de empresas, OLH, y el servicio extraordinario Recinto ferial y Auditorio; centros deportivos gestionados por PROCORNELLÀ
