Description

El objeto de este contrato es la prestación de los servicios de limpieza (entre los que se incluyen la limpieza de cristales y carpintería exterior de oficinas, desinfección, desinsectación y desratización, y lavandería de batas) de los centros dependientes de la Dirección Provincial conjunta de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social y del Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social de Cantabria -en adelante DP TGSS- que se relacionan a continuación, durante el periodo de un año, a contar desde el 01/07/2026 o desde la fecha de su formalización, si esta fuese posterior: ▪ Edifico sede Dirección Provincial. ▪ Unidad Médica de Valoración de Incapacidades (UMEVI). ▪ Oficina integral de la Seguridad Social de Nueva Montaña (Santander). ▪ Oficina integral de la Seguridad Social de Torrelavega. ▪ Administración de la Seguridad Social de Laredo. ▪ Nave -almacén, Bº Los Riegos 5 (Piélagos). ▪ Inmueble patrimonial (Reinosa). La empresa contratista estará obligada a efectuar todo trabajo relacionado con la limpieza, de manera que se asegure el mantenimiento de las dependencias en estado óptimo de ocupación para los trabajadores y los ciudadanos, incluyendo todos los elementos de los centros susceptibles del servicio de limpieza, aunque no se mencionen expresamente en el desarrollo de los distintos apartados.; Se limpiarán todos los ventanales, marcos incluidos, de las fachadas de las oficinas integrales de Nueva Montaña y Torrelavega.
