El objeto fundamental del servicio de limpieza es el mantenimiento y conservación en todo momento en perfectas condiciones de limpieza de las locomotoras, trenes y dependencias de servicio de Renfe Mercancías, identificados en los correspondientes Anexos de este documento, así como el mobiliario y equipamiento existente en los mismos. Para la consecución de este objetivo, el Adjudicatario de cada lote deberá disponer de suficientes recursos humanos, técnicos y materiales. Norte. Ámbito geográfico: incluye la limpieza en las siguientes Comunidades Autónomas: Galicia, Principado de Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Comunidad Foral de Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón, Cataluña y Castilla y León. Servicios de limpieza: Integrado por el conjunto de dependencias o servicios con carga variable referenciadas en el Anexo A.1. de las Especificaciones Técnicas (en adelante ET), complementados con las particularidades del servicio detalladas en la ET.; Sur. Ámbito geográfico: incluye la limpieza en las siguientes Comunidades Autónomas: Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura, Andalucía, Comunidad Valenciana y Murcia. Servicios de limpieza: Integrado por el conjunto de dependencias o servicios con carga variable referenciadas en el Anexo A.2. de las Especificaciones Técnicas complementados con las particularidades del servicio detalladas en las ET.
