Ante la insuficiencia de medios tanto personales como materiales de que dispone este Organismo, este servicio se realizará por una entidad externa especializada en este tipo de servicios y la contratación deberá realizarse conforme a lo estipulado en la Ley 9/2017 de 9 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante LCSP) y el Reglamento General de Contratos de las Administraciones Públicas en lo que no se oponga la normativa anteriormente citada.
