Contratación del desarrollo, evaluación y adquisición de las soluciones innovadoras vinculadas al proyecto EDUGALIA. El contrato al que se refieren los pliegos tiene por objeto la Compra Pública de Innovación (CPI) para el desarrollo, evaluación y adquisición de soluciones innovadoras para la prevención del abandono escolar temprano, la gobernanza basada en datos y el acompañamiento al alumnado mediante expediente digital y asistente virtual, y cuyo alcance queda recogido en el pliego, que recoge las condiciones jurídicas, técnicas y económicas que habrán de regir las negociaciones que constituyan el procedimiento de adjudicación del presente contrato. Dada la naturaleza de la contratación y las fases en las que se ejecuta el procedimiento empleado en el presente expediente, se comprende dentro del objeto del contrato la parte de: - Investigación y desarrollo (Fase I) - Despliegue e implantación (Fase II), siempre que se corresponda con los niveles de rendimiento y coste máximos acordados entre el órgano de contratación y los participantes Desarrollo, evaluación y ulterior compra de una solución de acceso a información académica (EDA) y analítica de datos avanzada para la prevención del abandono educativo (EDA+(GOB1+GOB2); Desarrollo, evaluación y ulterior compra de una solución de asistente virtual basado en IA (ASIST)
