Description

Es objeto del contrato el servicio de interpretación en lenguaje de signos (en adelante ILS) para personas sordas, sordociegas y con discapacidad auditiva con el fin de transmitir el mensaje a ese colectivo de personas, así como a todas aquellas que sean usuarias de esta lengua. Serán objeto de interpretación los programas e informativos que se emiten en directo o previamente grabados para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la Ley 1/2025, de 14 de marzo, de servicios de los medios públicos de comunicación audiovisual de Galicia para la sociedad digital y en la Ley 13/2022, de 7 de julio, General de Comunicación Audiovisual. El servicio se articula en dos tipologías de programas: • ILS de programas en directo • ILS de programas previamente grabados. El servicio deberá ser realizado únicamente por personas, no aceptándose las propuestas que expongan o incluyan para la prestación del servicio otras opciones tecnológicas (avatares, presentadores virtuales, etc.).
