Description

Servicio de Mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones del sector occidental de la Fábrica de Artillería, espacio adscrito al Instituto de la Cultura y de las Artes de Sevilla (ICAS). El mantenimiento de los edificios e instalaciones resultantes confiere una carga administrativa, económica, operativa y funcionalmente de muy difícil asunción por parte del ICAS, debido a múltiples motivos, fundamentalmente porque el ICAS no dispone de medios materiales y humanos para la realización de este Servicio. Por otro lado, la Fábrica de Artillería por su dimensión (nueve mil metros cuadrados de espacios útiles, más dos mil metros cuadrados de instalaciones), por la especificidad y complejidad de sus instalaciones técnicas, entre otras, las de climatización, de intrusión, de extinción de incendios, del centro de transformación, de comunicaciones, etc., y por ser un bien de interés cultural con un alto valor patrimonial, precisa de un mantenimiento dedicado y exclusivo con una dotación personal y de recursos específica y dedicada
