Description

La justificación del contrato obedece a la necesidad de gestionar por parte del municipio el servicio de promoción de la actividad turística, así como quioscos y mercados, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 25.2, apartados h) e i), de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, toda vez que se constituyen los citados servicios como esenciales que debe garantizar y prestar el municipio al objeto de satisfacer las necesidades y aspiraciones de la comunidad vecinal.
