Servicios de diseño y ejecución de los programas de mentoring para la promoción profesional de las mujeres y la prevención del abandono formativo prematuro en jóvenes, con incorporación de objetivos de eficiencia social. Diseño, coordinación, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación del programa Mentoring PRO. Se trata de una nueva iniciativa impulsada por Barcelona Activa con el objetivo de ofrecer acompañamiento personalizado a mujeres que quieran impulsar su proyección y promoción profesional. El programa se dirige a mujeres que tienen como objetivo vital crecer en el ámbito profesional y que quieren iniciar un proceso de mentoría para reforzar la autoconfianza, desarrollar habilidades de liderazgo y convertirse en referentes naturales en sus entornos laborales.; Diseño, coordinación, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación del proyecto Mentoring PRO JÓVENES. Está dirigido a un máximo de 100 jóvenes, prioritariamente de entre 16 y 25 años, participantes del programa Reconéctate y con una participación activa de mínimo de 30 mentoras y mentoras corporativos.
