Description

La presente contratación tiene por objeto los servicios energéticos para la gestión integral de los edificios e infraestructuras municipales incluidas en el ámbito del contrato, mediante un modelo de Empresa de Servicios Energéticos (ESE), sobre los edificios e instalaciones que se relacionan en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (PPTP), así como en el Plan Director de las Infraestructuras Energéticas Municipal que, según el citado PPT, tiene carácter de documento informativo y técnico de referencia. La actuación objeto del contrato se configura como una prestación global e integrada orientada a mejorar la eficiencia energética, optimizar el funcionamiento de las instalaciones, garantizar su adecuada conservación, mantenimiento y reposición, y promover la ejecución de inversiones de mejora, renovación y aprovechamiento de energías renovables, todo ello conforme a las determinaciones establecidas en el presente Pliego, en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares y en el resto de documentación contractual. A tal efecto, el adjudicatario asumirá la gestión técnica y energética de las instalaciones, bajo su responsabilidad y riesgo operacional, debiendo aportar los medios humanos, materiales, tecnológicos y organizativos necesarios para asegurar la correcta ejecución del contrato, la continuidad del servicio y el cumplimiento de los niveles de rendimiento y eficiencia exigidos.
