Description

El fondo histórico de fotografía aérea del CETFA está integrado por aproximadamente 28.000 imágenes, entre negativos, contactos y copias en positivo, que cubren un amplio periodo temporal comprendido entre las décadas de 1940 y 1990. Este conjunto documental constituye un activo patrimonial de extraordinario valor, cuya adecuada conservación, digitalización, ortorrectificación y puesta a disposición de la ciudadanía y del tejido empresarial resulta prioritaria y urgente. Estas imágenes representan una memoria territorial única e irreemplazable, y aportan una evidencia esencial para múltiples ámbitos de interés público, como el urbanismo, el catastro, la hidrología, el medio ambiente, la protección civil y la protección del patrimonio cultural. Con este objetivo, la Consejería de Fomento, a través del Centro Cartográfico de Castilla-La Mancha, pretende atender mediante el presente contrato tres necesidades técnicas estrechamente vinculadas entre sí: (1) el análisis, clasificación e inventario normalizado de los fotogramas existentes; (2) la digitalización sistemática de dichos materiales; y (3) su posterior tratamiento fotogramétrico, que incluye los procesos de orientación, aerotriangulación, ortorrectificación y mosaicado de las imágenes digitalizadas.
